How to Earn and Redeem Seeds (Points) in 3 Easy Steps
3. Redeem Your Seeds
– Use your seeds (points) to get discounts, products or special offers. Digital products like airtime will be send to your via Harvest Rewards Whatsapp (+276 76 284 620) and physical products will be receive direction based on the product.
Receipt Requirements
What Makes a Receipt Valid?
- Only printed thermal receipts are accepted (no handwritten or folded receipts).
- Receipts must show: store name, date of purchase, item prices, and line items.
- Make sure no part of the receipt is covered or obscured.
- Receipts that were previously uploaded will be rejected by the system

Key Details: Your receipt must clearly show
- Each line item purchased.
- The store name.
- The prices of the items.
- The date of purchase.
- Avoid Obstructions: Make sure no part of the receipt is covered (e.g., by your thumb or folds).
- Missing or obscured details will result in no Seeds being awarded.
Level Up and Unlock More Rewards
Level 1: 1-20k seeds/points
Within January to December of a year.
Level 2: 20,001-300k seeds/points
Within January to December of a year.
Level 3: 300,001+ seeds/points
Within January to December of a year.
Tiers and Rewards
Start at Level 1 and progress to higher tiers by earning Seeds/Points, making purchases, and engaging with the app.
Higher tiers mean better rewards and exclusive benefits!

How to Redeem Your Seeds
Current Redemption Options:
Airtime, data and electricity
You can harvest your seeds for airtime, data and electricity on the App – follow the steps on the app on how to exchange your seeds for airtime.
Digital vouchers
You can harvest your seed points for digital vouchers, including: Netflix, DSTV, and iTunes.
Physical products
Physical products including Clover products can be collected from our offices in Botswana or select stores. Locations will be confirmed on Whatsapp based on your location.
Future Options
Keep your eyes on the app or Whatsapp for new options that are being added weekly and will soon include fast food vouchers, hotel stays and flights.
